Jandiala Guru Kuljit Singh
The holy festival of Raksha Bandhan was celebrated with deep love and enthusiasm at St. Soldier Elite Convent School Jandiala Guru. The students expressed the unconditional love of a sister and a brother in a very beautiful and heartwarming way. Linking this holy festival with the Waste to Wealth project, the students collected the useless things in their homes and prepared beautifully designed Raksha Bandhans in a very innovative way. Similarly, the students made very beautiful cards for their sisters and wrote slogans on them reflecting the love of a sister and brother, expressing the unconditional love of a sister and brother. These small but heartwarming ways showed that Raksha Bandhan is not just a festival but it is a celebration of trust, tradition and mutual respect between a sister and brother. On this occasion, the Managing Director of the school, Dr. Mangal Singh Kishanpuri Ji, highly appreciated the children for expressing the love of a sister and brother through this unique artwork.
