“Mother’s Day” celebrated at St. Soldier School.

Today, Mother’s Day was celebrated in the magnificent auditorium of St. Soldier Elite Convent School, Jandiala Guru. Mother’s Day was a special day for all children and their mothers because it celebrates the eternal bond of love and affection. The specialty of our event was that while the greatness of the love and affection of mothers was shown, the hard work and sacrifice of the children’s fathers were also appreciated because both mothers and fathers make an important contribution to the better development of children. In this event, the small children of the kindergarten section presented wonderful group dance numbers. At the beginning of the event, the small children sang the words “Sabna ka maa piyo aap hai” and colored everyone in the color of Gurbani. Later, the small children expressed their love for their mothers by dancing to the song “Maa tu rabb da rutba” on the playpen. After that, the UKG The children of L.K.G. and L.K.G. respectively added more charm to the event by dancing to the song “Meri Pyari Ammi” and then the children expressed their love for their mothers by singing the song “Meri Maa Mujh Ko Teri Dua Chahiye”. Then the children of class I and II presented a wonderful dance on the songs “Papa Kehte Hai Bada Naam Karage” and “Aeh Dil Laya Hai Bahaar”. The special feature of this event was that the parents of the children were played various entertaining games and they were honored with tags like “Magnificent Smile”, “Meticulous Performer”, “Best Outfit”, Gleaming Star”, Endearing”, “Best Couple” and “Super Dad” etc. In this event, the chief guests were Mr. Naresh Pathak, (Member of Subordinate Services Selection Board Punjab) and his wife Mrs. Loveleen Pathak and S. Sarabjit Simha Dimpy, Urban President, Aam Aadmi Party and his wife Mrs. Jatinder Kaur Ji. They specially arrived. They praised the staff and children of the school through their words. Later, the Managing Director of the school Dr. Mangal Singh Kishanpuri and Principal Mrs. Amarpreet Kaur Ji thanked the guests and the parents of the children. On this occasion, the Vice Principal of the school Mrs. Gurpreet Kaur, Coordinators Shilpa Sharma and Nilakshi Gupta, school staff and children were present.
