Saragarhi Foundation and Kishanpuri Foundation paid tribute to the martyrs of Saragarhi with mutual cooperation.

Today, at the gate known as the Golden Gate of Amritsar, known as the Saragarhi Martyrs’ Memorial, built with the tireless efforts of S. Gurinder Pal Singh Josan, Chairman of Ehsaas Kishanpuri Foundation, Dr. Mangal Singh Kishanpuri Ji, along with the band team, NCC cadets and children of St. Soldier Elite Convent School Jandiala Guru, gave a meaningful salute and sang patriotic and Bir Ras songs remembering the great sacrifices of the martyrs. Led by S. Gurinder Pal Singh Josan, who is himself an international level karate player, he builds monuments there after researching the eminent historians and heritages related to Sikhism so that the relics of our Gurus and martyrs can be preserved. Just as he built the magnificent memorial gallery pyramid and pillar at the Golden Gate, which is located in Saragarhi Park, he has built them exactly the same way and presented them to the audience. Mr. Jatinder Singh Moti Bhatia, Chairman Corporation Amritsar, attended the ceremony as the chief guest. He paid tribute to the martyrs of Saragarhi and while lauding the initiative of Saragarhi Foundation to commemorate the martyrs, he called S. Gurinder Pal Singh Singh a respected personality who researches monuments related to Sikhism and Sikh history in countries and abroad and hoists the flag of Sikhism on them. On this occasion, the families of the martyrs were also honored and the families of the martyrs felt proud of their ancestors who realized the message from the Guru that once the Sikhs set out after praying, they do not return until they achieve success. Then the next day, S. Gurinder Pal Singh Ji Josan along with his team reached Set Soldier Elite Convent School Jandiala Group. Where he shared information related to the memorials, sacrifices of the martyrs and Sikh history with the students and staff. He asked all the teachers and students to show the memorials related to the glorious history of the Sikhs to themselves and their children so that our future generation can know about their glorious history and the sacrifices of the martyrs and how the brave warriors of the Sikhs made sacrifices for the sake of their country and nation. On this occasion, the Managing Director of the school, Dr. Mangal Singh Kishanpuri Ji and Director Principal, Dr. Amarpreet Kaur Ji honored the guests by presenting them with mementos. On this occasion, the Principal of the school, Mr. Sandeep Sharma, Vice Principal Shilpa Sharma, Coordinator Nilakshi Gupta, Coordinator Mamta Arora, all the staff and children were present.
