ETO inaugurates works worth Rs 50 lakh in three schools in Jandiala constituency

Cabinet Minister S. Harbhajan Singh ETO today inaugurated works worth Rs 50 lakh in three schools in Jandiala Guru constituency. These schools include Government Senior Secondary School Dashmesh Nagar, Government Elementary School Jeevan Pandher and Government Elementary School Kuhala. In these schools, the Cabinet Minister dedicated science labs, classrooms, four walls of schools and paved roads to the children.
In his address on this occasion, he congratulated the children and villagers for these works and said that the right decision taken by you has changed the image of Punjab. He said that the various governments formed in the last 75 years did not even build the walls of the schools, often animals used to enter the schools, but now your government schools are beating the private schools that charge hefty fees. Here, every need of the children has been fulfilled and highly educated teachers are teaching. He said that your elected Aam Aadmi Party government has provided free electricity in three years, built high-quality schools where free education is available and has provided free treatment by building Aam Aadmi clinics.
He said that today out of 20 thousand schools in Punjab, not a single school is left where there are no facilities as per the needs of the children. He said that there is no power and weapon greater than education, so our effort is to make the children fit for the times and strong by educating them.
On this occasion, Jugraj Singh Waraich, Chairman Shanakh Singh, Block President Balraj Singh Tarsikka, Block President Sukhdev Singh, Block President Swaran Singh, Sarpanch Kuljit Kaur, Sarpanch Fatehpal Singh, Jaskaran Singh Sandhu, Satnam Singh and other dignitaries were present in large number.
