Kargil Vijay Diwas was celebrated at St. Soldier Elite Convent School Jandiala Guru in memory of the sacrifices of the brave soldiers of the country. In this regard, the children of the school paid tribute to the brave soldiers of the country by singing the patriotic song “Dil Diya Hai Jaan Bhi Dege Ae Watan Tere Liye”. In this special event, the ceremony of hoisting the national flag was performed by Director Principal Dr. Amarpreet Kaur Ji. She told the children about the history of Kargil Vijay Diwas and how the brave soldiers of our country protected the country without caring about their lives. On this occasion, the Managing Director of the school Dr. Mangal Singh Kishanpuri Ji said that it is very important for us to tell the children the story of the sacrifices of the brave warriors of the country so that our future generation can be aware of the glorious history of the brave soldiers of the country and a sense of patriotism is also instilled in them. On this occasion, the school’s excellent band team played the national anthem and infused everyone with the color of patriotism.
