Training at the Indian School of Business to newly appointed principals will play a vital role in raising the standard of school education in the state – Education Secretary. S.A.S. Nagar 30 January (Kuljit Singh) -During the concluding day , at the five day training workshop Education Secretary Shri Krishna Kumar while his addressing the gathering of principals, motivated them and said that such type of fruitful training will help to raise the standard of education. He also further added that such trainings will also assist the teachers to brighten the future of school students.Co – ordinator Dr. Arushi Jain of Indian School of Business and Deputy A.S. P. D of the education department were also present . To bring a revolutionary change in the education system of the state , department is really taking progressive steps. A.S.P.D. Shri Manoj Kumar said that the overall development of the students is the basic motive of such workshops and these trainings will help the principals to inculcate educational values amongst the students. In December, the first batch of 50 school heads were already trained for the efficient management of the schools and now 51 more principals were provided a training in a five day workshop from 26 th January to 30th January. On this auspicious occasion school principals also shared their valuable views. Resource persons Shri Nandu Nand Kishore and Dr. Arushi Jainfrom Indian School of business gave worthy lectures on a qualitaive leadership attributes to lead the schools on the track of progress .Newly appointed principals thanked the education secretary for organising such a valuable training at the top class business school.At last , all the trainees were appreciated and certificates of honour were given to them by the business school.
