Sports meet held in St Soldier Elite Convent School.

Saint Soldier Elite Convent School Jandiala Guru organized the annual 27 sports meet from playpen to 4th standard today with great enthusiasm. The school playground was full of excitement and energy as students participated in various runs and games that showcased their physical fitness and sportsmanship.
The event began with a warm welcome from Principal Amarpreet Kaur, who emphasized the importance of sports in promoting teamwork, discipline and healthy lifestyle among the young learners. Director – Dr. Mangal Singh Kisanpuri ji graced the occasion with his presence and inspired the students to make sports an essential part of their development.
The Bunny Race stole the show as the little ones made their way to the finish line, putting smiles on everyone’s faces. In Coin Race, students had to find coins hidden in baskets and then race to the finish line, adding an element of fun and challenge. The highlight of the day was the hurdle games, where students demonstrated their coordination and determination while overcoming obstacles.
The gorilla race brought waves of laughter as the students imitated the gorilla’s gait while racing, entertaining the audience with their creativity and enthusiasm. The Octopus Race challenged kids to balance with its unique twists and turns. The joy and spirit of competition was evident in every competitor. The winners were awarded medals and certificates recognizing their efforts and achievements.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Vice Principal Mrs. Gurpreet Kaur and thanked the staff, DPs and volunteers for making the event a grand success. Coordinators of respective blocks Ms. Shilpa Sharma, Ms. Neelakshi and Smt. Priyanka appreciated the sportsmanship of the students. The presence of Director Dr. Mangal Singh Kishanpuri ji and Principal Mrs. Amarpreet Kaur gave great importance to the event, which motivated the students to aim higher and created a powerful energy among the students. As an important part of education, to ensure the holistic development of every child.
