 St. Soldier Elite Convent School Jandiala Guru conducted its 27th Annual Sports Meet on November 8 and November 9, 2024.  Children took up violence in these games with great enthusiasm and participated in various sports events.  In these games, 100 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters, 800 meters, relay race, three leg race, multi race football race, javelin throw, discus throw, long jump etc. all competitions of athletics were conducted.  These competitions were conducted among the five houses of the school, Daisy, Lotus Panji, Rose and Lily houses.  Almost all the students of the school participated in these games.    On the first day of these games Sant Baba Parmanand ji (Chief Sevadar, Gurudwara Baba Hundal ji and Singh Sahib Giani Iqbal Singh ji, Takht Sri Patna Sahib ji and Advocate J. S. Virk ji Harkirat Singh ji Pilot, Shri Sahil Sharma ji) were the chief guests on the first day of these games.  Highly involved.

 In the celebration of the sports fair, a grand march was passed by all the school players with the beat of the band.  After that, the oath ceremony was performed and the guests started the games by lighting the torch of this year’s games.  After that various sports competitions started.  The next day during the conclusion of the sports fair, Mr. Pramod Bhatia (Chairman) Sports Cell Punjab, Dr.  Sukhdev Singh Dean Physical Education Department, Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar, S.  Kabal Singh Aulakh (Sports Promoter, Prop. Signature Greens, Amritsar, Mr. Aman Sharma Ji, S.Kabal Singh Property Advajr) participated in a dignified manner. The whole atmosphere was filled with the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the students. After that, the winning children were felicitated by the chief guests.  He felicitated them and boosted their enthusiasm by giving them medals and certificates. On this occasion, the managing director of the school Dr.  Mangal Singh Kishanpuri, Principal Mrs. Amarpreet Kaur (St. Soldier Elite Convent School, Jandiala Guru), Mrs. Amandeep Kaur (St. Soldier Elite Convent School, Majitha) honored the guests by giving mementos and upon reaching the school.  Thank you. On this occasion, Sports Department of the school, Fateh Singh DP, Jitinder Singh DP,  The hard work of Yadwinder Singh DP, Manpreet Kaur DP, Rupinder Kaur DP, Rajbir Kaur DP, Neelam DP was appreciated.  Jasbir Singh and Navjit Kaur played the role of stage secretary in this sports fair.  On this occasion, Vice Principal Mrs. Gurpreet Kaur, Coordinator Shilpa Sharma, Nilakshi Gupta and Priyanka Sharma, all the staff and children were present.
