On the eve of Diwali, he lit Deepmala in schools with students and staff at School of Eminence, Jandiala Guru and Government Elementary Smart School, Jandiala Guru.
Speaking on this occasion, he said that the School of Eminence being built by the Punjab government will witness the bright future of the students. He said that with this revolutionary decision of the government, IAS children studying in government schools. and IPS will be able to reach high positions like He said that there was a time when common people preferred to educate their children in private schools, but due to the historic efforts made by the present government in the field of education, today there has been a huge increase in the number of students enrolled in government schools and government schools.
