Cabinet Minister ETO reviewed procurement arrangements at Jandiala Mandi
*Farmers will not be disturbed in markets*

The Punjab government will not allow any kind of difficulty to the farmers regarding the purchase of paddy and it will be ensured to pay the farmers for the paddy within 24 hours.
These words were expressed by Cabinet Minister S. Harbhajan Singh ETO after reviewing the procurement arrangements for paddy at Jandiala Dana Mandi. He said that no kind of trouble will be allowed to the farmers in the mandis and all the arrangements have been completed for the convenience of the farmers in the mandis. He said that all the facilities like drinking water, lights, toilets, etc. will be provided to the farmers in the markets.
*Cabinet Minister ETO said that one grain of the farmers’ crop will be bought but it is important that the farmers bring dry crops to the market so that there are no piles of paddy in the markets.
The Cabinet Minister said that the Chief Minister of Punjab Mr. Bhagwant Singh Mann is personally reviewing the arrangements for the purchase of paddy across the state. He said that our government stands with the farmers and they will not be allowed to face any kind of difficulty in the markets. On this occasion, he also interacted with Aartis, Palladars and farmers and assured that they will not be allowed to face any kind of difficulty.
On this occasion, Chairman Marikat Committee Gehri Sh Shanakh Singh, President Aarti Association Zandyala Guru Mr. Surjit Singh Kang, Mr. Satinder Singh, Mr. Sukhwinder Singh etc. were present.
