 Teej festival is celebrated with great pomp and enthusiasm in every corner of Punjab.  St. Soldier Elite Convent School Jandiala Guru organizes Teej festival every year in the school yard.  This time also the festival of tea was celebrated in the school with great pomp.  Decorated with swings, pottery, the atmosphere filled everyone present with renewed energy.  Mothers of Kindergarten children were also invited to participate more in the event.

 Principal of the school Mrs. Amarpreet Kaur congratulated everyone on Teej.  The vulture made everyone relive their youth.  The program concluded with the traditional dish Kheer Poode.  Managing Director of the school Dr. Mangal Singh Kishanpuri ji thanked everyone for attending the occasion.
