Today Mr. Harbhajan Singh ETO Minister of Power and Public Works Punjab conducted a surprise check of Tehsil Amritsar and Service Center and instructed the officials and employees to attend their duty on time and not disturb the people who came to get the work done. Don’t let it get dirty.
Mr. ETO also listened to the problems of the people on this occasion. People have noticed that there is a problem in getting tokens and there is no complete transparency in it, the cabinet minister directed that the token system should be made completely transparent and the token should be given in the name of the person standing in front of it. go The cabinet minister while instructing the officials and employees said that the people doing work in the tehsils should not face any kind of difficulty. He said that people come early in the morning to get their work done and their work should be done on time so that they can do their other work as well.
During the checking, Cabinet Minister Mr. Harbhajan Singh met an elderly mother on a wheel chair and the woman who was accompanying her while checking the service center. The woman said that she has come to the service center regarding her mother’s pension. He told that they are five sisters and one brother. Their brother has thrown the mother out of the house and this mother is currently staying with me. I have my own daughters and need financial support. Hearing this, the Cabinet Minister asked the DC Sahib to solve the problem immediately, who paid Rs 36,000 from his quota, which was the rent of his house for six months, on the spot.
At the same time, the Cabinet Minister Mr. ETO called the concerned officials in the Deputy Commissioner’s office on the spot and asked that the pension of his mother should be imposed immediately.
On this occasion Deputy Commissioner Mr. Ghansham Thori, SDM Mankanwal Singh Chahal, Tehsildar Amarjit Singh and other officials were also present.
